Police and State Patrol responded to the eastbound lanes of I-70 at Horizon Drive for several reports of a female standing in the center of the interstate. Officers responded emergent to the area, attempting to slow traffic on the interstate while they searched the area for the suspect. The suspect was eventually located and taken into protective custody.
